2000 Heavy-hitting advocates on both sides of the school choice fence will square off in a debate sponsored by the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution at the Martin Luther King Memorial Library in Washington, D.C., Sept. 21 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Participants include: Rose Blassingame – school voucher activist "This will be the first in a series of debates on school choice," says Gregory Fossedal, Chairman of the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution.
